To acquisition E-Ten, Acer have to spent fund equal to US$ 291,7 million, it should have been paid at this third-quarter.
“Acquisition to E-Ten represents the innovative step in history of Acer. This Acquisition step will give the strength and improve the credibility of Acer in mobile business,” said J.T. Wang, Acer Chairman And CEO.
