Blackberry ROM Upgrade
Your fav BlackBerry have a problem? Do not worry, because RIM has added the patch, which is used to fix bug that we found in the OS.
See some of the procedures below. Very easy to do, but users still need to be careful:
Terms:
1. Windows XP
2. BlackBerry Desktop Manager version 4.5
Procedure:
1. Blackberry OS Download installer, first search on the internet, for example: keyword: 8700 4.5.0.69
Will get a URL like this: https: / / www.blackberry.com/Downloads/entry.do?code=4C56FF4CE4AAF9573AA5DFF913DF997A
2. Install the OS files that you have downloaded on your PC (Do not forget to turn off Desktop Manager first)
3. Open the directory C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ Research In Motion \ AppLoader
4. Delete the file Vendor.xml
5. Colok BlackBerry to the PC via USB cable
6. Turn on Desktop Manager
7. Click AppLoader
8. Follow the guide to install OS
The process takes about 30 - 60 minutes, the longest time Erasing Application (initial) and Waiting for Device (last)
During the process, not the USB cable to pull it. If failure occurs, retry the process from first step
